I started coaching because I wanted to help beauty business owners build the kind of business they have always envisioned - the one they actually want to show up to every day without needing three coffees and a pep talk. A business they love, in an industry they’re obsessed with, while still having time for life.
There were a few signs pointing me in this direction, but the “go for it” moment came during a cup of tea with a salon owner I was working with. With 18 years in the beauty world and a degree in business and finance, I’ve got the perfect mix of hands-on experience and strategy insight. I’ve worked for global beauty brands, learning how the big players do it, and also worked alongside independent business owners across the industry.
